Meet in person with your MPP

There was great conversation at the Lobby Day between former Rangers and MPPs and cabinet Minsters to get them to understand the real value of this program for Ontario Youth and they were very sympathetic to the cause. If you couldn't attend Lobby Day, NOW is the critical time to pressure your MPP to get the program back in the budget for 2014. The budget will be pretty much finalized by end of November so if you haven't made a personal meeting with your MPP (preferably as group), please do so now. Or take a brief moment to call or write your MPP. The timing is right. Thanks to all of you for the support!

Don't know who your MPP is? Find out here:

Not sure where to start? Find tips on how to prepare and talk to your MPP at our Resource page.

Prefer to group with other Rangers for the visit? Easily add your name and email to the list, check off your MPP, and see if anyone else has too!

Email Your MPP, As Easy As 1,2,3!

To help restore the Ontario Junior Rangers Program it is critical you tell your MPP that you want them to support this reinstatement of the camp-based program in the next provincial budget. It's easy and just takes a minute! Click on the link, fill out the form and it will automatically be sent to the MPP in your riding.

Give the NDP Input

Please take a moment to fill out the form on the NDP's website. Andrea Horwath has stated that she is going to fight for youth employment. This is a great chance to have our cause heard!

Just click on the link, fill out your information and in the "What is your first priority" field copy and paste this:

"Reinstate the Ontario Ranger Program! The province of Ontario already had a fantastic and efficient program that allowed youth to EARN and LEARN! BRING IT BACK!!!"

Write Letters

In your letters, we ask that you please keep a positive note on things. Be respectful, be polite and be precise.
